Premium Stock
Hey Watchers & DA Community,
I haven't been here for quite some time. The whole Covid thing as well as the whole California-on-fire thing has taken its toll on my life. I'm sure one, or both of these has also affected you too. "May you live in interesting times", indeed. DA sure has revamped their site. I'm very confused but I'll get the hang of the new layout.
Because of these events, or series of happenings, I had the bright idea to start selling my stock photography. So I'm going to give that a whirl as a means of some passive income. I hope this isn't too inconvenient for everyone. I'm making some changes to my account. I'll be adding stock that must be paid for to use. Basically, the same rules apply except, of course, no commercial use. If you're interested in using it that way, message me.
I haven't decided if I'll be turning my free stock into paid stock. I don't think I will wholly, but I might just go through and pick and choose photos. For now, I'll be uploading stock that is similar to my free stock. Because of the aforementioned California fires, my camera was destroyed. I'm seriously thinking of getting a new one and taking some better quality pictures to upload as the Premium stock. We'll see what happens.
I know I've been absent for a few years, but if you have thoughts on this, please comment or message.

I'm so happy and grateful to have gotten a Daily Deviation! It was one of those things to me that was like it would happen to everyone else, but not me. All I want to do right now is upload more stock

In other news, this is my first Journal in the last three years! Lol...I just don't have a lot to post about I guess
Or at least anything interesting. I am still alive though! And you can always tell that I'm still active if my uploads are new

These New Tags....
My web browser (or maybe it was DA) would save my previous whole entries when it was keywords. So all I would have to do is enter the first word of the whole string keywords previously entered and they would appear.
Also, I notice that when I would go to edit a deviation, the tags would change! Some would automatically combine with each other after submission, so the tags I wanted and wrote, would no longer exist. It would say something like, "#horsebit" instead of "#horse #bit" or "#englishgray instead of "#english #grey".
I'm not lazy but writing them in is very time consuming and I have copied and pasted them in but I still have to keep changing them with each dog breed, horse, background...etc. It's just kind of frustrating.
Am I being a jerk by saying this or does anyone else feel this way?

Some Questions And Journal Update
There's an AKC dog show September 12-14th. Do you have any breed, pose, or other stock requests? Please comment!
I'm planning a camping trip in October. Do you have any landscape, waterscape, texture, lighting (sunrise forest, middle of day lighting in forest, sunset over lake...etc.), or other stock requests for this trip? I'm in California, U.S. so October is in the fall/autumn season. Please comment!
I've been thinking hard about offering precut stock of my stock. Here's what it would be like:
The precut stock would only be of my stock.I will be the one cutting it out.I will not smudge fur, tails, manes or bodies.The original stock photo will be available.Do you think I should provide precut stock of my stock? Please comment!

Stock Requests
I'm trying to find some horse shows in my area that I can go to, but there really isn't a lot. There's only a couple coming up in the next week or so but I don't know what kind of pictures I'll be taking. Also, I live in the Bay Area (California, U.S.) so if you want any San Francisco pictures or something, I can do that too. Also, I'm going to go camping in the next month or two so I will be uploading some nature, forest, lake pictures by the end of summer!
